Check In starts from 3:00pm
It is mandatory upon check in that non-residents (non Trinidad & Tobago residents) present a valid passport for all persons occupying the room. Trinidad & Tobago residents must present a valid National Identification Card or valid Trinidad and Tobago Driver’s Permit for all adults occupying the room.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
Early Departure Fee
Guests who wishes to depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel may impose an early departure fee.
Stay Extension Fee
If guest wishes to extend their stay, this can be done based on the current room rates and subject to availability. Therefore, current room rates may differ from the rates the room was booked at. Confirmation on room rates will be provide upon request.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Reservations cancelled 48 hours in advance to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge of one (1) night’s room charge.
Cancellation policy may vary based on rate season.
It is a legal requirement to maintain all guests’ rooms as Non-Smoking, in keeping with SECTION 12 TOBACCO CONTROL ACT 2009. Guests who acts contrary and proceed to smoke in their assigned or any hotel room, a charge of US$350.00 will be automatically charged to the account of The Client for the cleaning cost. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outdoors.
